How long does it take to receive the products after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of all items you purchased. After you have confirmed all details, you will receive your order with next 2 weeks.
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order: (Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time.
Processing Time: The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period, we may contact you to confirm order details. It usually takes about 3-7 working days.
Shipping Time: The period of time from when the item be shipped by SF-EXPRESS/FedEx/UPS/DHL to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3-7 working days.
