Average lead-time on a laser engraved logo is 3-5 busienss days after logo is received and order is placed. Lead-time on a woven sew-in label is 5-7 business days.
For brushes and some plastic products, there are 3 methods to add the logo on: Laser grave printing, screen printing, and UV printing.
Laser Grave Printing:
The laser grave is used the laser light to burn the surface of the products. It will leave a cave mark which is permanent and very resistant.
Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. One color is printed at a time, we allowed white, black, gold, silver and rose gold.
UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. It allows any color to print, just will have an extra white background ink. UV cured inks are weather-resistant and offer increased resistance to fading.
For the satin products, we provide 4 ways to print the logo: Sew-in label, fabric printing, heat transfer printing, and embroidery.
The sew-in label is an extra tag sewed in the edge, it is a white label with black ink.
Heat Transfer Printing:
With heat transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure. It can print almost any design.
The embroidery is a higher graded technique. We provide all Panton color threads, which can meet most of your requests.
