1. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all items by SF-EXPRESS/UPS/FedEx/DHL International Express to customers all over the world. Please Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
2. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.
3. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?
After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen courier's website.
4. How long does it take to receive the items after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of all items you purchased. After you have confirmed all details, you will receive your order with next 3 weeks.
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time.
Processing Time:The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period, we may contact you to confirm your logo printing and make your products. It usually takes about 7-12 working days depending on what products you ordered.
Shipping Time:The period of time from when the item be shipped by SF-EXPRESS/FedEx/UPS/DHL to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3-7 working days.
5. Do I need to sign my order?
FedEx , DHL and UPS Express Air couriers both require a signature, therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
6. Do you offer rush order service?
Sorry we currently don’t offer the rush order service.
